    • New home for Inland Homes

    7 June 2019

Inland Homes has relocated its head office from Amersham to Beaconsfield.

The bespoke office space has been designed and fitted out to meet the needs of the growing company, which has seen numbers increase from 33 employees three years ago to 150 today, 59 of whom are based at head office.

Working with a team of experts, the company has created a space that supports the agile nature of the company and demonstrates its ability to create spaces that combine style, comfort and sustainability. Importantly, the space has been designed to accommodate future growth.

A bold post-industrial design was chosen by employees through a series of workshops. The end result facilitates mixed working spaces, including formal and informal meeting spaces and a combination of fixed and hot desk arrangements, to provide multiple opportunities for collaboration.

The building’s abundance of natural light and private outdoor courtyard areas ensure a comfortable and healthy environment.

The program of works took just 10 weeks to complete, with staff moving into the new office in May.

Group Planning Director Mark Gilpin said:

“It was important we created a space that reflects the Inland Homes’ brand and we’ve managed to achieve this, thanks to our dedicated team of contractors who accommodated and delivered on our very detailed specifications. Staff feedback has been extremely positive, and we look forward to living in and enjoying our new home for many years to come.”
