Director's shareholdings 

The Company received notification today that Stephen Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, on 31 December 2008 purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 7.25 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Stephen Wicks now holds 20,825,009 Ordinary Shares representing 12.84 per cent of the issued share capital.
