Our apprenticeship scheme is designed to attract new talent into the industry. Apprentices are employed in many different fields including construction management, procurement, human resources and business administration.
Most construction apprentices undertake a Level-4 apprenticeship in Construction Management, taking approximately two years. The apprenticeship includes a rotation of different parts of the business, to offer an understanding of the various professions and how they link with their role. The work placements are combined with off the job training delivered by an apprenticeship provider.
