We use our expertise to find, secure and achieve planning permission on attractive, viable sites across the South and South East of England.

This land bank is principally brownfield and includes sites both with and without planning permission, plus strategic sites of longer-term opportunities.

In order to meet the growing demand for new homes, we are actively seeking both brownfield and strategic sites to add to our portfolio.

Find out more about the sites we are looking for below and contact us at land@inlandplc.com if you have a land opportunity you would like to discuss.

    Brownfield sites

We specialise in acquiring brownfield sites across the South and South East of England with the aim of maximising potential by obtaining planning permission for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Nearly all our portfolio has been acquired on an unconditional basis and we have an outstanding success rate in achieving planning consent.

Our highly experienced Land, Planning and Development teams have in-depth knowledge of the complex and rapidly evolving planning system. This in-house knowledge base allows us to focus on innovative and practical planning solutions which maximise the site’s potential within a realistic timescale. Our Land Team specialises in managing risk and undertaking detailed evaluations of complex and challenging sites.

    Strategic land

In addition to brownfield sites, we are actively seeking strategic land opportunities. Our strategy is to maximise the value of land for our partners and shareholders by promoting and developing land opportunities through the UK town and planning system. We are very proud of our excellent track record of successfully developing challenging sites and are currently promoting numerous strategic sites including Wilton Park in Beaconsfield and projects in Aylesbury, Amersham and High Wycombe. Due to the successful progression of these sites through the planning system, we are looking to grow our land portfolio and partner with new landowners and developers.
